The Industrial District BID regularly tracks a number of security and maintenance statistics, with selected indicators as shown below.

For the final 3 months of 2018, the District once again experienced an increase in trash removal. with a total of 492 tons collected, 9% higher than the 450 tons collected during the previous quarter.

Pressure washings were down slightly this quarter with 843 washings compared to the 1,080 washings during the third quarter. The BID provides pressure washing services now upon request, to mitigate public health hazards from bodily fluids and waste on sidewalks and in business doorways.

Graffiti removal increased an astounding 77% this quarter, with 516 occurrences of graffiti removal compared to the 291 occurrences during the previous three months.

Public safety incident responses spiked in October with a total of 353 incident responses before dropping to lower levels in November and December. The Q4 total was 896 incident responses- a 7% reduction from the previous quarter.
