The BID provides pressure washing services now upon request, to mitigate public health hazards from bodily fluids and waste on sidewalks and in business doorways.
In Q3 2019, the BID received a total of 1,277 pressure wash requests– a 28% increase over the amount of pressure wash requests the BID received during Q2 2019.
Also during Q3 2019, the BID responded to 2,118 graffiti removal requests. This represents a 52% increase over the amount of graffiti removed in the previous quarter in Q2 2019, which itself was a 85% increase over the amount removed during during the previous quarter (Q1 2019).
The BID responded to 1,001 public safety incidents during Q3 2019– a 17% over the previous quarter.
